The Legal Mind Behind Mentorix

Ananthu Suresh is the Founder and General Manager of Mentorix Legal Consultancy, established with a clear vision to redefine how legal advisory is experienced. Believing that clients deserve far more than conventional legal consultancy, he founded Mentorix as a modern, founder-led practice built on trust, strategic thinking and practical business understanding – where legal support goes beyond normal legal advice with Mentorix acting as a trusted legal mentor helping clients navigate complex legal and business decisions with clarity, confidence, and commercially intelligent guidance.

Over the past several years, Ananthu has built substantial legal experience across the UAE, with a strong professional focus on arbitration, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, strategic legal risk management, and commercially sensitive legal matters. His professional background reflects a distinctive blend of law firm dispute practice and commercially practical in-house style advisory thinking, enabling him to support clients not only in resolving disputes, but in anticipating legal risk, protecting business interests, and making stronger strategic decisions.

Arbitration remains one of the defining pillars of his professional practice. He has been actively involved in matters connected with leading dispute resolution institutions including DIAC, arbitrateAD, ICC-related proceedings, SIAC, DIFC-linked disputes, and ADGM-related legal matters, managing matters across dispute strategy, claims preparation, pleadings, procedural management, hearings, settlement negotiations, and award enforcement-sensitive stages.

His dispute and arbitration experience spans a broad range of sectors including construction and infrastructure, real estate, shareholder disputes, banking and financial matters, telecom, supply chain and procurement disputes, contractual claims, payment disputes, and wider commercial conflicts, giving him a practical understanding of both the legal and commercial realities businesses face when disputes arise.

Alongside contentious work, Ananthu regularly advises businesses, investors, financial institutions, and private clients on corporate and commercial legal matters, contract structuring, employment and workforce advisory, shareholder arrangements, legal risk management, ADGM and DIFC legal considerations, compliance-sensitive matters, and dispute prevention strategies.

Before establishing his professional practice in the UAE, Ananthu developed his legal foundation through active litigation practice in India, including appearances before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various judicial forums and specialist tribunals, where he gained valuable experience in advocacy, procedural strategy, legal analysis, and contentious dispute management.

Having worked across both India and the UAE, he brings a valuable cross-jurisdictional perspective that particularly supports international businesses, founders, investors, expatriates, and private clients with multi-jurisdictional legal interests.

He also maintains a strong professional network of trusted legal practitioners across multiple states in India, enabling clients to access coordinated and seamless legal support for India-related matters. Through established professional relationships, Mentorix is also positioned to support clients requiring coordinated legal assistance across select jurisdictions in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the wider Middle East, where cross-border legal considerations arise.

Under his leadership, Mentorix continues to evolve as a modern, values-driven legal consultancy serving clients in the UAE and beyond, built around responsiveness, strategic clarity, trusted relationships, and commercially practical legal support.

His philosophy is simple: great legal advisory does not merely answer questions, it gives clients confidence to move forward. Because sometimes, what clients need is not simply a legal consultant. They need a trusted legal mentor.
